We are a professional touring theatre company based in the north of England. We take popular plays to smaller venues throughout the north. LATEST NEWS:
We have recently acquired a rehearsal studio - exclusive to Planet Rabbit. This brilliant new space also makes an ideal secure store for props, costumes and sets for the company. We have exciting plans for 2011 to develop a space in to a studio theatre which will enable us to preview our shows prior to each tour.
OTHER PROJECTS:
Planet Rabbit produce The Ovation Awards - to be held in Whitby, North Yorkshire, on Saturday 20th November. This event invites writers to submit a 7-minute play and 12 finalists will be selected to stage their plays at this one night festival of new work. The Ovation Awards also provide actors with a platform to exercise their talents. Judged by industry professionals, awards available are; Best new writing, Best actor, Best production.
