SUPPORTING US:
We are nothing without our audience. The very fact that familiar faces return to each production and new audience members are attending each show is a constant encouragement to us and we thank you for coming out to see our shows. Planet Rabbit are not currently in receipt of any Arts Council grants or Lottery funding and our income is made up through box office sales, sponsorship and donations from individuals and companies. Any form of funding, no matter how small, is appreciated in order for the company to continue producing plays. Any funding we receive covers our core running costs for new projects & tours and will help to realise our future plans. Although it's not just financial support that helps...please read on

WHAT WE PAY FOR:
*The hire of our rehearsal space
*The hire of vans/transport & fuel for each production
*The purchase of set, furniture, props & costumes
*The hire of technical equipment & support
*The hire of theatres & venues (& St John's Ambulance when applicable)
*Posters, handbills & programmes - (design, printing & distribution)
*Administration costs; ticket printing, scripts, postage, mailing list
*Public & employers liability insurance
*Play licences
*Cast accommodation (rehearsal & touring)
*Cast & staff wages

THEATRE ON A SHOE STRING:
As with all theatre companies, of all sizes, we beg & borrow all we can to get each production on the road. Calling in favours to produce a show is common practice. What we do spend is necessary to deliver high standard productions with a first class, professional team.
 
A HELPING HAND:
There are more details below about becoming an annual sponsor, from varying prices starting at just £20 a year. All packages include great benefits. There are also many other ways you could be a great help to Planet Rabbit:

*Be in our audience & see a show. By joining our mailing list you will be notified of the next productions.
*Tell your friends about our shows & help us to build up our audience.
*Take advantage of our group bookings with work friends or a social group and make a group saving.
*Display a poster or distribute some fliers at work or in cafes, etc.
*Join us on Facebook or Twitter and spread the word to your social networking friends.
*If you're having a clear out of clothes or furniture that you think may be "perfect in a play" then let us
 know. If we're in the area we'll gladly take it off your hands.

Added to mailing list. Newsletter twice a year. 2 complimentary tickets a year per supporter. Planet Rabbit pen. Annual sponsor acknowledgement on website and in programme. Supporters card. Invitation to any pre-show or post-show cast talks/Q&A's, for supporters only. Valid for one year.

*Gold sponsor - £60.00 a year
Added to mailing list. Newsletter twice a year . 6 complimentary tickets a year per supporter. Planet Rabbit pen. Signed show programme & signed A4 poster per show. Gold supporter acknowledgement on website and in programme. Gold supporters card. Invitation to any pre-show or post-show talks/Q&A's, for supporters only. Valid for one year.

HOW TO BECOME AN INDIVIDUAL SPONSOR
If you would like to become a sponsor please pick up a Sponsor Form at one of our shows or contact us and we will post/email one to you. A link will be available online shortly to sponsor us here. Thank you.

BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP:
A business sponsorship package is also available. With this package we will add your business website to our links page, include your business name & website in show programmes for 12 months. We also offer complimentary tickets and invitations for you to meet the cast and show teams. Please contact us for more details.

MAIN PRODUCTION SPONSOR:
We offer many great benefits with this package. If you would like your business to be the main production sponsor for one of our shows you would receive prominent logo/business branding on our posters, programmes, on our venue front of house board and in press releases. Plus many extra benefits including complimentary tickets and a private cast meet and greet buffet.

PROGRAMME ADVERTISING:
We currently offer every member of the audience a show programme free of charge. We understand the reluctance to spend more than necessary on a night out in today's struggling financial climate. We are passionate about getting the information in our programmes to every audience member and we are happy to offer this complimentary service. To enable us to continue to achieve this we are offering advertising space in our programme at very competitive prices. By advertising in our programmes you are not only supporting touring theatre, you are sending your business message out to every member of our audience. We usually tour to between 6-10 venues/towns per production. We offer 4 sizes of adverts from as little as £35.00.
